Geolocation & Online Clocking
Employees are able to clock in/out whether working in the office, on the road or at home. Google maps functionality is applied to every web clocking to pinpoint a geographic location and can be viewed by supervisors in real-time for added peace of mind. Ideal for the mobile workforce and flexible working environments.
Employees can view both current and historic clocking activity, any time accrued against specific rates along with absences recorded and comments against any edited data. Offering total transparency to employees and reducing unnecessary interaction with an already busy payroll department.
Absence & Holiday Bookings
Remove the need for holiday request forms and allow employees access to view their personal Calendar and check remaining entitlement before requesting a holiday or company defined absence. They can even check availability in their department to make sure their request would not automatically be declined.
Whether the request is approved or declined a record of the request is stored should it need to be recalled for HR purposes in the future.
All company specific permissions are controlled by the system administrators to cut unnecessary administration and streamline the entire request and approval process.
